Refund Policy

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, changing market prices, and the importance of preserving card condition, all sales are final except when an item is incorrect, arrives damaged, is counterfeit, or is materially different from its listing.

Eligible Claims

Contact Dallas Card Shop promptly if:

• You received the wrong item.

• The item arrived damaged.

• The item is counterfeit.

• The card’s condition or grading information is materially different from the listing.

For shipping-damage claims, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the card, shipping package, protective materials, and shipping label.

Non-Returnable Situations

We don’t accept returns for:

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

• Changes in market value after purchase.

• Minor condition characteristics that were clearly shown or described in the listing.

• Items altered, cleaned, repaired, removed from a graded slab, or returned in a different condition.

• Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

• Normal differences between screen colors and the physical card.

Return Authorization

Contact us before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns might not be accepted.

If we approve a return because of our error, damage, counterfeit status, or material misdescription, we will provide return instructions. The item must be returned with all original protective materials and in the same condition in which it was received.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original and return shipping charges are refunded when the return results from our error or an eligible product issue.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post a refund.

Cancellations

Contact us immediately to request cancellation. We can’t guarantee cancellation after an order enters fulfillment or receives a shipping label.

This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
