Shipping Policy

Dallas Card Shop currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are carefully inspected, packaged, and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Standard tracked shipping costs $8.00 and typically arrives within 3–5 business days after processing.

Express tracked shipping costs $15.00 and typically arrives within 1–2 business days after processing.

Standard shipping is free on orders of $75.00 or more.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect delivery address.

Card Protection

Raw cards are protected with an appropriate sleeve, rigid card holder, team bag, and secure outer packaging. Graded cards are wrapped and shipped in protective packaging suitable for slabs.

Tracking

Tracking information is emailed when an order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to begin displaying movement.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged, retain the card, packaging, and shipping materials and contact us promptly with clear photos.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but it cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
